1. The total proportion of fire dance props other than fire fans and small fire sticks is less than 5%, and

2. The total proportion of small fire sticks and props without fire is less than 20%, and

3. Single fans accounted for less than 50% of the performances.

Exceptions to the rules above may be made in special circumstances after case-by-case review.

Compared with works from the same year, the standards for performance quality will be relatively strict after 2025 due to the overall improvement in quantity and quality.
