Taiwan Tech Fan Challenge / TaiwanTFC is a community-based online event centered around fire fan techniques. Founded in 2024, it is Taiwan’s first and largest online challenge in the fire dance community. Inspired by the Russian event SvetoBobr Russian Fans Challenge, the Taiwan edition is distinguished by three major features: A strong Taiwanese identity, with creative, diverse, and uniquely themed presentations. Original, fun, and technically demanding challenges designed by Taiwanese creators. And exclusive, locally made prizes that are distinctive, refined, and of high value.

The challenge takes place on Instagram and, starting from Season 2, also on Discord. Each season introduces a new theme and format with its own set of rules. Participants earn points based on the quantity, quality, and speed of their challenge submissions, as well as through likes, comments, and shares. Winners are ultimately determined through a combination of judges’ votes, participant scores, and elements of luck.
